CLIENT BRIEF
Understanding the Vision
The client wanted to transform an existing residential property into a more modern, comfortable, functional, and visually appealing home. The brief focused on improving the overall appearance of the interiors while making better use of the available space and introducing contemporary finishes that would suit the client’s lifestyle. The goal was to create a refreshed residential environment that combined functionality, comfort, quality workmanship, and modern interior design.

Design Concept
The Challenge
The existing house required significant upgrades to improve both its appearance and functionality. Some areas needed better space utilization, while outdated finishes and interior elements prevented the property from achieving the modern look the client wanted. The project also required careful coordination of renovation works, finishes, lighting, and interior details to ensure that the different elements worked together as one cohesive residential design.
Our Solution
Reinospace developed and executed a comprehensive residential renovation and remodeling solution tailored to the property and the client’s requirements. The renovation included improvements to the interior layout, walls and ceilings, painting and decorative finishes, lighting, and selected interior elements. Materials and finishes were carefully selected to create a contemporary, durable, and coordinated look throughout the home. By combining renovation expertise with interior design and space-planning principles, Reinospace transformed the existing property into a more functional and visually engaging living environment.
